These Terms of Service govern your use of Dot Send.

Service Description

Dot Send is a private file-sharing service intended for authorized users. The service allows users to upload, share, receive, and download files.

Authorized Use

Access to Dot Send is provided at the discretion of the service administrator. You may use the service only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or distribute unlawful content
• Share content that you do not have the right to distribute
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt operation of the service
• Use the service for abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activity

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the files you upload and share through Dot Send and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.

File Storage

Dot Send should not be considered permanent or archival storage. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important files.

Files may expire or be removed according to share settings, administrative actions, maintenance requirements, or service policies.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

The administrator may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to the service when necessary.

Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In may be offered as an authentication option. Authentication through Google is also subject to Google's own terms, policies, and account requirements.

Account Access

Access may be suspended or removed if an account is used in violation of these Terms or if continued access presents a security or operational concern.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dot Send is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, preservation of uploaded data, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
